Description:  Manage people, products and procedures required to operate a school cafeteria food service program; maintain accurate accountability.

Requirements:  High school diploma or GED. Current driver’s license, food handlers or ServSafe Card. Computer and cash handling experience. Knowledge of food preparation and handling, food quality standards, record keeping procedures. Ability to coordinate and supervise the work of others; order food and supplies; lift/move up to 40 lbs; stand and or walk up to 8 hours; read and understand English; develop and maintain positive working relationships with district staff, students, parents and public. High sanitation skills.  Experience with the National School Lunch Program and supervising staff and students. Employment contingent upon fingerprinting.

Qualifications Desired:       Previous school or institutional food service experience
