Description: Assist Head Coach in planning and organizing practices and schedules for both levels. Primarily responsible for coaching and teaching the JV Cheer Squad.
- Support the head coach in the development of a strong program, built on relationships and results.
- Provide regular communication with parents/families.
- Regularly track the academic progress of all student athletes in the program and facilitate necessary support systems to ensure their academic eligibility.
- Cooperate with other school-sponsored sports and encourage athletes to compete in other programs.
- Work with head coach to develop and implement an off-season program for athletics.

- Heat Acclimization Certification
- Homelessness Education/Service Students

- Sexual Misconduct in Oregon Schools
- Fingerprint/criminal background check
Qualifications Desired: Experience participating/coaching at the high school and/or college level. Must have excellent communication skills and be willing to work cooperatively with the athletic program to meet its goals.

Salary: Paid by Stipend $2,099 – $2,065 per season (Group G 2023-24 Extra-Duty Stipend Schedule)
